How long does it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped as soon as we process your prescription info. Generally we offer 1-2 day shipping, but it is encouraged to choose next day shipping. Our pharmacy prefers to have all medications in and out of transit as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Internationally. Shipments on international orders can be sent from either a US pharmacy or one located in Europe. There is an extra fee associated with all international orders. For a list of countries that we ship to, click here.

Do you ship orders everyday?

Our pharmacy ships orders Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5pm. If you place an order on the weekend or after 2pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Are USPS PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military addresses acceptable to ship to?

Yes. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Military addresses. A signature is required using USPS and a domestic return receipt is provded.

Can I pick up my order at my local FEDEX Depot?

Yes you may pick up your order at the your local FEDEX Depot. Please specify your intentions to "pick-up at FEDEX" depot, when placing the order.

What is printed on the outside of every package?

We use FEDEX "Express" or USPS "Priority Mail" large envelopes. The outside of all the domestic orders are discreetly labeled with no mention of "Pharmacy or Drugs". International orders require customs documentation with every package. Larger packages may be shipped in plastic bubble wrap packages.

Is there a fee for a change of address after an order has been shipped?

Yes. Any change of address after shipment will incur a $10.00 fee.

Is my personal medical information kept private?

Your personal information is secured by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and the highest level encryption available to us. That information is then entered into a database that only the physician reviewing you case can access. Basic customer service information such as your name address and phone number will be viewable by our customer service representatives if it becomes necessary to answer your questions.

How safe is ordering medication online?

Ordering medication online is as safe as ordering it from your local pharmacy. The only difference is that you save money and you don’t have to go down to the pharmacy and pick it up.
