At AccessRx.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In fact, it’s our ONLY priority. Whether you are looking for a drug for acid reflux or something to help you quit smoking, we are here to serve you, the customer. To ensure that we are doing our absolute best in customer service, we frequently ask our customers what they think of our service. In a recent survey, the responses were overwhelmingly positive, and we would like to share some of those responses with you.

First we posed the question, “Did the medicine benefit you as anticipated?” Out of 1,392 responses, 1,364 respondents - 98% of our customers - said “Yes,” letting us know that the medications we carry are in fact what our customers want.

In the survey, we asked our customers for some comments about our service, and how we might be able to better serve them in the future. Some responses and success stories included:
