You may already be dealing with erectile dysfunction (ED) and not even know it. Some of the warning signs can exist, but without really knowing what ED is about, it’s hard to know what’s going on for sure.

Those signs might include: An erection that isn’t as hard as it used to be, an erection that doesn’t stay rigid long enough to complete intercourse, lack of hardness or penile expansion that used to be a given when you were visually or verbally stimulated, and a complete inability to achieve an erection

If this sounds like you, Cialis may be able to help. Tens of millions of men have to deal with the often emotionally-debilitating occurrence of ED. A little more than a decade ago, when ED could have meant a death sentence to a man’s sexual life, there is now help available.

Top 10 Reasons You May Have ED
ED does not necessarily “happen” as a man gets older. There are a number of causes for ED, and many of which can be treated or avoided altogether. While it may be too late to recover what a man already experiencing ED has lost, some of the lifestyle causes can be eliminated to make a difference in penis strength and overall physical, mental and emotional health. In fact, the top 10 reasons for ED can be:

Smoking cigarettes

Excess weight/obesity

A sedentary lifestyle

Emotional factors (depression/stress/guilt/anxiety/fear of failure)

Diabetes

Use of recreational drugs

Excessive alcohol consumption

High blood pressure

High cholesterol

Prescription drugs

As you can see, many factors that contribute to ED are self-imposed habits. Fortunately, if these conditions were replaced with healthier alternatives, such as exercise and a less substance abusive lifestyle, can help prevent you from living with Erectile Dysfunction. Until then, or if this proves not be enough, there’s always Cialis.

Some Cialis Info
Prescription Cialis is different from other ED medications because it gives you the option of being able to wait for just the right moment for sex. Cialis begins to work in as little as half an hour, but is ready to work for you for the next 36 hours, so you can choose to be more spontaneous when the time is right with Cialis.

Cialis was approved by the U.S. FDA in 2003, and is used by millions of men in dozens of countries around the world, so you know it’s safe and effective. And now that Cialis can be ordered online, you can dispel any notions you may have had that prevented you from using it before. Pride and embarrassment are no longer necessary, as ED is no longer some kind of shameful secret.

Cialis will not give you an erection by itself, sexual stimulation is required to achieve an erection. When sexual activity is over, blood flow to the erection will dissipate like normal. If you should have an erection lasting more than four hours – a condition known as priapism – you should get medical treatment immediately to prevent long-term damage.

Cialis and Alcohol
Sometimes alcoholic beverages may be part of the courting process that leads to a sexual encounter, but don’t overdo it. Drinking too much alcohol while using Cialis can increase your chances of:

Getting a headache

Feeling dizzy

Having your blood pressure drop

Having your heart rate increase

Those reasons alone should be enough to try skipping the alcohol for a nice sparkling water. However, if you’d still like that drink, be sure not to drink excessively, as alcohol consumption could be one of the things causing your ED to begin with.

Cialis Can Put Life Back into Your Life
A man deserves to be able to take pleasure in his sexuality, and to enjoy sexual activity even at an advanced age. Cialis can help make it possible, so order Cialis online today.

Almost every man will have some sort of sexual problem at some point in his life. Often times the human body is just not as responsive as it could be. In the case of someone with a partner who may not be the most desirable, sometimes the body is polite enough to be responsive only as a way to leave the room without hurting someone’s feelings. Regardless, very few men who reach past their adolescence will go through life without any difficulty developing or maintaining an erection, more commonly called erectile dysfunction, or simply ED.

Your erectile dysfunction experience might only be something occasional, or maybe you’re just dealing with erections that are still usable but don’t have the strength and longevity of your youth. Whatever your situation, prescription Cialis can not only help with your ED problem and give you some options as well.

When the Time Is Right for Love.

With some ED drugs, you only have a few hours to act after you take them. With prescription Cialis, most men can be ready for intercourse in as little as 30 minutes, or can take their time and wait as long as 36 hours. Life doesn’t always go as planned so when you take Cialis, you have the option of being sexually active within a day’s and a half time frame, so you don’t have to worry about the medication wearing off before the sexual situation best for you.

Possible Reasons for ED

Despite considering yourself to be fairly young and healthy, are you still having problems in the bedroom and can’t figure out why? Take a look at this list of possible causes of ED and see if any of them apply to you.

Diabetes

Excess weight/obesity

High blood pressure

Use of “recreational” drugs

Excess alcohol consumption

Stress

Depression

A sedentary lifestyle with little exercise

Cigarettes

Smoking cigarettes is estimated to be something that increases a man’s risk of ED by 50% if he smokes more than a pack a day. Chantix and Zyban are two nicotine free quit smoking medications that can help smokers quit for good.

Your Sexual Health Is Important

Many men with ED refuse to do anything about it. Some believe it’s easier to keep drinking and smoking or stay in bad shape, or refuse trying Cialis because of embarrassment. With the so many options available to them in this day and age, there is little reason for a man not to fully enjoy his sexuality.

Cialis is now prescribed in more than 100 countries worldwide. Approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2003, Cialis is used by millions of men who have seen their lives improve dramatically as they learn the many ways to regain their manhood now exist. There really isn’t any more reason to be embarrassed or ashamed, or is there reason to wait when you can order Cialis quickly and discreetly through our online pharmacy.

Possible Cialis Side Effects

Cialis may produce relatively minor side effects in some men. Some possible Cialis side effects may include:

flushing

headache

stuffy or runny nose

indigestion

back pain

muscle aches

If taken with certain other medications, including nitrates (heart medicines) and alpha-blockers (blood flow medicines), Cialis may cause a sudden drop of blood pressure to an unsafe level. In the unlikely event of an episode of priapism (an erection lasting longer than four hours), you should seek out immediate medical attention.

Always consult with your physician before ordering or taking any medications.

By ordering online through AccessRx.com, it’s as easy as using your computer or telephone.
In the same way that men used to get red-faced asking for condoms at a pharmacy counter (especially from a female pharmacist or clerk) they now might experience the same awkwardness, or even shame, when seeing a pharmacist for a Cialis prescription, especially if they are of the opposite gender. Ordering online through AccessRx.com can eliminate any possibility of embarrassment. So when you total up the cost of a doctor’s exam, a prescription, driving to a doctor and a pharmacy with gas at more than $3 a gallon, and maybe even losing income from missing work for the doctor’s appointment… obtaining medication in the traditional way can be expensive. You can eliminate many of these problems when you order online. After you provide your medical history to the physicians who contract with AccessRx.com, and a prescription has been approved, all you have to do is type a few words and click your mouse to get competitively-priced products.

What Makes Cialis Better Than Viagra?
While the differences between how Cialis and Viagra work are minimal, there are some obvious benefits to taking Cialis over Viagra. The main benefit of Cialis is simply that it can last about five times longer in the system. Instead of acting within a limited amount of time, most men and their partners prefer sexual intercourse to be a spontaneous experience and not really be a planned activity. Rather, Cialis allows for a sexual relationship to be more natural, which is what many relationships may depend on.

Nobody really wants to schedule what time they plan to have sex — they enjoy it most when they don’t have to think about it. Cialis offers this to its patients, whereas Viagra mandates that you have sex within the 3-5 hour window it provides post-ingestion. With Cialis, ED suffers can not only regain their sexual confidence, they can also retain the spontaneity with their lovers that once made the relationship so exciting.

Potential Side Effects:
Like most other prescription drugs, Cialis does have some side effects that you may experience including:

Upset stomach

Diarrhea

Blurry vision

Facial flushing

Mild headache

Temporary blue-tint to vision

Prolonged erection (lasting more than four hours)

In some very rare cases, patients reported a sudden and temporary loss to their vision and or hearing. The side effects were found to be more predominantly in the elderly. Anybody who experiences these very rare and serious side effects should discontinue usage of Cialis immediately, and promptly seek medical treatment. While most people will be able to take Cialis, those who suffer from Heart Disease, prostate cancer, diabetes, uncontrolled blood pressure or those who are not healthy enough for sexual activity will not. If you are unsure of whether or not Cialis is right for you, always be sure to address any questions or concerns with your physician, as each person has a unique medical situation.

Where can you Safely Order Cialis Online?
Now that you know why Cialis a better, longer-lasting treatment option for your impotency, you should also know that you do not have to make an embarrassing trip in to see your doctor in order to obtain a legal prescription for Cialis. You can easily and safely order a prescription for Cialis from a number of reputable online pharmacies, including Accessrx.com – the oldest and most respected online pharmacy on the internet.

Fact or Fiction? Is Cialis Better than Viagra – Part I

From the recent boom of pharmaceutical companies creating more and more oral therapy treatments for Erectile Dysfunction (ED), here comes the newest and quite possibly the best option so far: Cialis. Most people have already heard about the leading ED drug, Viagra, likely from the many commercials aired on television over the past decade from company responsible for its production, Pfizer. However, what a lot of people may not know is that while Viagra is advertised as the most potent of all the ED drugs, it actually lasts the shortest amount of time in the system.

How long do the Leading ED Treatment Options Last?
There are currently three ED medications on the market, Viagra, Levitra and Cialis. Viagra was the first of these products and is still considered to be the strongest. While Levitra comes in second for kicking in faster, it has shown to be most effective for treating ED caused other forms where other treatment options could not. Finally there is Cialis, the longest-lasting of all three of these ED drugs. Cialis tops the others by lasting a surprising 24-36 hours in the system post-dosage.

How do These ED Drugs Work?
All three of these drugs work in very similar fashion, as they are all PDE5 inhibitors. Medical research has concluded that the arteries which feed blood to the main shaft of the penis are regulated by the PDE5 enzyme, commonly found in abundance in most men who suffer from Erectile Dysfunction. When this PDE5 enzyme is disabled, the arteries are able to relax and normal blood flow to the penis resumes, and upon sexual arousal or stimulation, the blood fills the shaft of the penis becoming an erection. Once sexual activity has been completed, or upon sexual release, the blood leaves the penis normally and returns its natural, rested state.

Barely half of all men affected ever tell their doctor about the symptoms they’re experiencing (3). This is presumably due to embarrassment or failure to recognize that nuisance symptoms may actually be part of a serious medical condition (4). Fortunately, there are confidential options available for dealing with this health issue through the experienced and trusted staff of Access.Rx.com and its medical associates.

Q: Exactly what is Erectile Dysfunction (ED)?

A: Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a syndrome because it can be caused by a variety of insults. The most common cause is vascular, whereby blood flow to the penis does not make it become harder (an erection) when a man is sexually excited or stimulated, or when a man cannot maintain the erection long enough or sufficiently enough to achieve successful penetration for sexual intercourse. Other causes involve improper nerve function or are psychogenic. The number of men affected at some point in their lives is astounding, with studies suggesting that more than half of all men may experience ED at some point between the ages of 40 and 70 (5).

Q: What causes Erectile Dysfunction

A: The most common cause is vascular, in which imbalances in blood flow to the penis during arousal does not allow sufficient “blood trapping” for the penis to become erect. Psychogenic and nerve problems can also be to blame. ED can also be caused by a number of secondary factors, including other health conditions, stress, use of cigarettes or illegal drugs or alcohol, and emotional issues.

Q: Is there a medical solution to this problem?

A: While there is no cure, the best clinical results have been shown with oral use of medications like Cialis, which requires a prescription. Cialis has been shown to be effective, even in patients with severe ED (6). Cialis has been clinically proven to work for up to 36 hours, making it an ED drug of choice for men who want the option being able to perform when the time is convenient. It also has been proven to start working in as little as 30 minutes for some men.

Q: Will Cialis help prevent pregnancy or the spread of STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)?

A: No. Cialis serves strictly as an aid to helping achieve an erection. It does not serve as a male form of birth control, and will not help protect a man or his partner from contracting STDs, including HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), the virus that causes AIDS.

Q: Why should I trust Cialis?

A: Cialis is prescribed in more than 100 countries worldwide, and was approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2003. So its record of success speaks for itself, as Cialis enters its fifth year as a leading ED medication.

New Option for Men Experiencing Erectile Dysfunction

Eli Lilly and Company, the makers of oral erectile dysfunction (ED) drug Cialis, has announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a lower-dose version (2.5 mg and 5 mg) version of Cialis for once-daily use. Since it was approved in 2003, Cialis has typically been issued in only 5mg, 10 mg and 20 mg doses for men who preferred to have the option of achieving an erection for up to 36 hours. However, these dosages were not recommended to be used every day.

Now that the FDA has approved it, using once-daily Cialis provides a new option for men who prefer to take a drug without having to plan out the timing of sexual activity. These patients now have a freedom to choose the dosing regimen most appropriate for them and their lifestyles.

About ED

Erectile Dysfunction is defined as the consistent inability to achieve and maintain an erection satisfactory for the completion of sexual intercourse. The majority of ED cases are related to physical causes, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and kidney disease. Lifestyle issues can also have an effect on the ability to achieve an erection. Obesity, alcoholism, smoking and other factors related to an unhealthy lifestyle can also lead to medical problems that cause ED, such as poor circulation. Psychological problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, guilt, and fear of sexual failure can also contribute to the condition.

About Cialis

Cialis was developed to give men the option of being able to have sex in more natural and spontaneous way. Unlike Viagra and Levitra, which only work for about four or five hours taken, Cialis had provided the ability to wait for up to 36 hours to attempt intercourse. Now with a lower dosing option, Cialis can be used on a daily basis, essentially giving patients control of having sex whenever the time is right for them.

How the Change Was Made

The FDA’s approval of use of Cialis daily was based upon the evaluation of data from randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies – the most powerful clinical study design in existence. Men who had ED and took part in these clinical studies, and men who took 2.5 mg and 5 mg Tadalafil (the generic name for Cialis) once a day, regardless of the timing of sexual activity, experienced improved erectile function compared with men who were administered a placebo.

Possible Side Effects and Interactions with Cialis:

Flushing, Headache, Indigestion, Muscle Aches, and Nasal Congestion

Cialis for once-daily use provides stable concentrations of Tadalafil in the blood stream, something that should be considered when evaluating possible interactions with certain medications (e.g., nitrates, alpha-blockers, or anti-hypertensives) or with alcohol.

Men who use nitrates (heart medication) should not take Cialis as the combination could cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. As with any ED drug, in the rare event of priapism (an erection that lasts more than four hours), immediate medical attention should be sought.

In rare instances, men using ED drugs have reported a sudden, mostly temporary loss or decrease in both vision and hearing (sometimes with a ringing in the ears, and dizziness). If a man experiences these symptoms, he should stop taking the ED drug and seek immediate medical attention.

Take the Cialis Quiz – See How Much You Know

Q: What is Cialis?

A: Cialis is the newest ED drug on the market. It is used to treat adult males who are currently suffering from Erectile Dysfunction.

Q: How does Cialis Work?

A: Cialis (Tadalafil) is an Erectile Dysfunction oral treatment drug that works as a “PDE5” inhibitor. This PDE5 enzyme controls the main arteries that feed blood to the penis and is often abundant in those who suffer with ED. When Cialis is introduced to the blood system, it temporarily disables this PDE5 enzyme and allows for blood flow into the penis more easily, resulting in a very firm and long-lasting erection.
