Frequently Asked Questions

How does the ordering of medications online work?

People who have recently had a physical exam with their physician, in most cases do not need to have another physical to receive a prescription for the medication they may need. Instead, a person may request to have their medical history reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of the medical history often times is enough for our physician to be able to write the prescription. If one of our physicians or one of our pharmacists has a question about anything, a customer service representative will contact you before choosing whether to write the prescription or not.

If you already have a prescription from your doctor and are just searching for a better price all you have to do is fax your existing prescription to us. We will then call your physician to verify the prescription before filling it.

If for any reason we cannot write or fill your request for a prescription no charges will be made to you.

How does the physicians review work?

You will be asked to complete a detailed form outlining your medical history and any current conditions or medications that you maybe taking. There is a unique form for each type of prescription medication we offer that centers its question on that particular medication. All the questions that are asked on the form are the same type of questions your physician would ask you were you to make an office visit.

Both the physician reviewing your medical history and the pharmacist filling your prescription may possibly contact you for further details and or decline your request for the prescription.

How are orders filled?

All orders originating within North America are filled from a pharmacy with licensed pharmacists. International orders may get filled from a partner pharmacy licensed to do business within Europe and other countries around the world.

Is writing prescriptions and selling prescription medication on the Internet legal?

Yes, writing prescriptions based on a physicians review and filling those prescriptions online is legal for many types of medication. Online pharmacies came into business in 1998 when real world physicians began working with rural clients by telephone and the Internet.

We encourage you to check back often as our selection of prescription drugs is always expanding. You are also encouraged to use our contact form to suggest drugs you would like to see us carry in future.

The FDA states that prescription medication may not be returned once it is sent from the pharmacy. If you have any questions about the medication you have received please contact our customer service department.

What are the processing fees for?

The processing fees are the fees that are paid to the physician that reviews your medical history as well as the pharmacy fees and all other associated costs. All websites have some form of processing fee. Often times the processing fee is lumped into the pill cost so that they may advertise that they don’t have a processing fee. We on the other hand choose to show you exactly how your money is being spent and then tell you why.

Do we price match?

No, We offer the best possible price to our client’s if another site is able to offer a better price we encourage you to check their references to be sure they are a reputable company before shopping with them. We offer the highest quality medications from name brand companies and supply US based physicians. Companies beating our prices are often, but not always, skimping in one of those three key factors.

Will prices always be the same?

Although we attempt to keep prices static we will often offer specials additionally prices are subject to change without notice.
