Always make sure that you disclose to your doctor ALL of the drugs that you are currently taking in order to avoid any interactions or reactions from occurring. Do NOT take anti-acids such as Rolaids, Maalox, Mylanta, Milk of Magnesia, or Pepcid Complete close to taking Allegra, as they can decrease the effectiveness of this drug. If you miss a dosage of Allegra try and take it at the first opportunity that you get. If you are near the time of your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and keep taking your doses as scheduled. Women who are pregnant or who are nursing should make sure that they disclose this to their doctor prior to using this drug.
